Hazvinei Mugwagwa has broad cross-functional experience in a variety of roles as legal counsel (private practice and in-house) and in business as a marketing and sales executive in the global biotechnology and nutrition industry. Currently, Hazvinei focuses on advising clients on corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, capital formation and transactions such as venture capital, private equity, or private credit. Hazvinei’s clients include individuals, private funds, emerging businesses, family offices and public companies.

Jeffrey Goddard specializes in governance and corporate services for investment funds and management companies. He was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and State Street Alternative Investment Solutions, focusing on investor relations, operations, and business strategy. He also served as Country Managing Director of a global corporate services firm for six years. Before finance, he spent four years with the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, gaining expertise in marketing, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
